Wine trainings on the topic and in the location of your choice

We offer trainings for the newbies of the wine world as well as for the people who wish to go beyond basic knowledge. We have organised trainings in our Vinoteque VABRIK, in the middle of a forest as well as in a conference hall. We can also come to your home.
Trainings at the Vinoteque are the cosiest with 12 participants, but of course we also welcome smaller companies. And we could make room for more, too. All trainings are educational and entertaining at the same time and are suitable for celebrating birthdays as well as taking time off with friends or colleagues.
These are just some options, but we will always set the programme up according to your need.

First date with wine

You will learn how grapes become wine. You learn, which are the most important wine countries and regions.
You will get an overview of the most common vine varieties and different styles of wine.

The training with tasting will last about 4 hours.
Price of the training is 250 EUR, to which the price of the tasted wines will be added.
The price includes water and ciabatta.

Romance of wine and cheese

You will learn how to match different cheeses with wine. We will also give an overview of wine- and cheese-making and wine history.
You will become acquainted with different wine countries and regions, and learn about different styles of wine.
Depending on the client’s wishes, we will taste 6-7 types of cheese and 5-6 wines.
The training with tasting will last about 4 hours.
Price of the training is 250 EUR, to which the price of the tasted wines and cheeses will be added.
The price includes water and ciabatta.

handicrafted beer and cider

You will hear the story of beer brewing and its exciting history. You will learn about the different types of beer and become acquainted with different styles of beer. We will also introduce to you 6-7 different types of cheese and teach you to match beer and cheese. Depending on the client’s wishes, we will taste 5-10 beers.
The training with tasting will last about 4 hours.
Price of the training is 250 EUR, to which the price of the tasted beers and cheese will be added.
The price includes water and ciabatta.

Wine training for the advanced – I want to become an expert

We will choose a wine country, wine region or vine variety as a topic according to your wishes and preferences and we will approach oenology in depth. The training could even last a couple of days. Master class

This training is meant primarily for those who already know wine. We speak about the soil of the wine countries and regions, micro climate, vine vermin etc. During the training we will taste wines of the same variety that come from different soils and learn to notice the differences. The training will last approximately 4 hours.
The price is 400 EUR, to which the price of the tasted wines will be added. The price includes water and ciabatta.
